We provide professional, athlete-level training at affordable prices.
Our tailored training programs are supported by a wide-range of other athletic services.
Once you have a better understanding of your own fitness level, you can then do conditioning specifically tailored for your body in the best way for you, personally.

"R-body" means to make progress by "Re-thinking" and "Reviving" your body.

At R-body project we provide customized training programs and focus on one-on-one personal training. The fact that we employ certified athletic trainers allows us to support every aspect of your training, from treatment of pain to rehabilitation from injuries to visible improvements in your athletic performance.

If you are considering joining R-body project, then please sign up for a SOAP session. Please refer to our reservation page for SOAP availability information. If you would like to make a reservation, please do so by telephone.

For your SOAP session, we will be moving your body around as part of the check, so please wear a T-shirt and shorts. (You don't need to bring sports shoes)

After your SOAP session, if you decide to join our gym, the next step will be to make a reservation for your first R-conditioning (personal training) session. Please bring your own gym wear and indoor sports shoes for your R-Conditioning sessions.

If necessary, please bring your own towel and drinks too.

R-body project's training programs are unique to each customer. Though it is not possible to give a complete picture of what is the best way for everyone to train, we recommend that everyone starts out by coming once a week. Once you become accustomed to the training and feel that the time is right, it might be better to increase the frequency to 2 or 3 times per week. Unfortunately, you won't notice a dramatic change after just one session - continued training is the only way forward. It is often a good idea to pick one day a week when you plan to exercise. We hope that you will find a time slot in your schedule to fit in regular "R-body days".

Once you have taken your first SOAP session, you can start R-Conditioning. We recommend that you come roughly twice a week, or 8~10 times per month. This level of repetitive exercise will produce results. Then you are ready for your next SOAP session and we can update your training program. This cycle then repeats itself.
(*The training frequency includes training by yourself as well as the R-Conditioning sessions.)
