	We provide professional, athlete-level training at affordable prices. R-Body Project runs a membership system. Use of the facilities is limited to members only.

	Application form and agreement Initial Fee Sign-up fee, First 2 months membership fee (cash only please) Account Passbook, Account Stamp, Bank Transfer Form The monthly fee will be automatically transferred on the 27th day of the month before. Identification By law we are required to ask to see one of the following forms of identification. Driver's License Health Insurance Card Passport Certificate of Residence Alien Registration Card Certification of Personal Seal ETC Reservations are required for each of our services. Please settle your account before leaving after each session. Payment by credit card is also accepted.

	Temporary Withdrawal of Membership It is possible to temporarily withdraw membership for a period of up to 6 months. During the period of temporary withdrawal a monthly fee of 3,150 yen (incl. tax) will be charged to your account. Customers wishing to temporarily withdraw membership, please take your membership card to reception and complete the necessary documents by the 10th of the month before you wish to temporarily withdraw your membership. Please note that after 6 months, your account will automatically be closed if no action is taken. Termination of Contract The contract period is until the end of each month. Customers wishing to close their account; please take your membership card to reception and complete the necessary documents by the 10th of the month you wish to end your membership.
