R-body project provides the following 3 main services
Our monthly physical checks and R-Conditioning workouts are the core 2 services we offer. However, we also provide several additional services all of which are outlined in more detail below.
SOAP
One on one sessions with our certified athletic trainers, who will give you a complete physical check-up and discuss your training goals, allowing them to create a customized training program for you.

One free session per month
Discuss your goals, subjective symptoms, injury history and so on with our athletic trainers.
Our athletic trainers will measure your body composition, flexibility, posture, and so on.
An easy to understand explanation of your physical condition, problems and causes.
Guidance on how to close the gap between your current condition and your ideal condition.
We will produce a customized training plan designed to help you achieve your goals.

R-Conditioninng
One-on-one training sessions using the training program created in your SOAP session. 60 mins / session.

Systematic, step by step training to create a functional and agile body.

Achieve your objectives through a combination of the following 6 types of training.
Training focusing on the group of muscles that make up your trunk area (abs, lower back muscles, hip muscles).
Training which focuses on your balance and posture, by improving the neuromuscular system that controls your coordination. Indispensable for a functional body.
Building up your muscles and increasing your metabolic rate.
Explosive strength training. Turn built up muscles into raw power.
Improve your overall speed, nimbleness and movement control.
Acquire pace and precision of movement.
Training focused on your stamina and cardio-capacity. We want you to have not only a functional body, but also to burn fat and get in shape. We will monitor both your heart-rate and endurance capacity.

Body Maintenance
A 30 min. warm-up before your R-Conditioning session,
and a 30 min. cool down straight after.

A combination of 1~3 depending on your objectives.
Perform a series of relaxed stretches one-on-one with our trainers.
A series of dynamic movement stretches to warm up before exercising.
Treatment for your body using our ultra-sound and electrotherapy equipment, as well as hot packs and ice packs.
